Just had a try of the vikan internal cleaning kit. Seems impressive enough.

What are the opininons on ease of use and quality of results?

how long/how many windows does 1 of the clothes do?

last question....is £80 the going rate for one of them?

Hi, milltown.  Have you tried Arthur (sureclean omagh) he has just recently made a waterfed pole unit for doing inside work.  Its an impressive piece of kit.

Best thing ive used for internal. Just done a big internal office clean, 130 internal windows plus 20 internal glass walls. Paper work and computers every where, with the vikan internal kit you dont have to worry about getting water on paper work or pcs. I think the kit saved me at least 2 hours on this job.
Only problem was needed new spray bottle half way through and could have done with at least 10 microfibre pads instead of the 5 that comes with the kit.

I am interested in the Vikan, does it come with an extendable pole for high skylights / conservatory interiors etc etc.?

If so what is the extended length please?

In fact is it suitable for conservatories?

I think the extendable pole is an extra £20 but gardiners do an adapter so it fits standard poles.

When i used it, it took a bit to get used to it but then flew through the work.

Depends how many windows you have to clean, i only had 5 pads which i made last for about 150 windows could have done with 10 - 15 in total. Will be ordering some more off alex shortley if hes listening.

Yes £80 is the going rate but you may need an extra pads and maybe a pole.
