Let us know what happens as I had think we had a similar problem to each other  in another thread. I followed a suggestion Alex made to me and am waiting for the results on a wet days use. Then I'll debate whether I can do without it whilst Alex checks the pole tolerences.

I would certainly like to. Once we have successfully launched the new range of crash-tested van mount systems then we can have a go at making some of my ideas for a hot system.

Fortunately both projects are entirely separate and are being on worked by different engineers.

The world domination project is being handled by another department, we have yet to see if they know what they are doing, but time will tell

Not according to Mrs Gardiner  - 5 kids in the house is enough!  We are hoping to offer fitting facilities in over 50 locations throughout the UK so hopefully there will be one within 40 miles of you.

Loathe the new flocked brushes. Terrible, completely different characteristics to the previous version which was brilliant on sash and georgian windows.

Alex have you posted the two old versions out to me yet as I'm sure they were meant to arrive last week.

I thought they had been posted to you but I have emailed the Office and asked them to check.   So far I think you are the only person that prefers the old style.

I checked with the girls in the Office and they were sent last Wednesday.  Looks like they have gone astray - typical.  I will get the girls to contact you tomorrow to sort out a refund.
