The main business will be Carpet Cleaning but with a small amount of windows. Small amount meaning small amount. In all seriousness I ceated a monster that took over my life and I don't intend to go there again.
Don't worry I'll keep my finger in here with advice etc ;D

Who said that? I thought the going rate( if there is such a thing) nowadays is anywhere between 4 and 10 times monthly work

Thanks for your comments guys.
I can't lie and said the window cleaning industry hasn't provided me with a good lifestyle, but it's time to slow down a bit and take on new challenges.
In all seriousness, I wish I'd got into the industry a lot earlier in my life because I know I could have created something very big, as it is as you get older you realise there's more to life than 24/7 stress with staff. So for those of you who want to create something and you're young enough, don't talk about it just get out there and do it.
I think most of us have seen Dragons Den with those lads from Newcastle. They started with nothing and look where they are now. If they can do it so can any of you lot.
Gordon: The answer is 7.5 times monthly. It could have been a lot higher if they'd wanted to take over the business name, web site and a few more extras (which I still believe would have been more advantagous to them) but in the end they just went for the customer list.
