new to wfp and could do with some help and advice with set up of ro etc

having trouble with how im gonna make the water - understand how the water is made pure but not sure on how to have a good set up for an ro system.
looking to make around no more than 200 litres a day, like the idea of being able to just plug a di to tap and get instant water but tds is 300 so know i have to get an ro but i dont know how long it would take to make 200 litres each morining before i go off to work and how to set up the ro with so much water being waste and not pure. dont have too much space for set up and no main drain - was thinking of a water butt but dont know how much water would be waste every day and length of time for all this.

a lot depends on your water pressure, as in how quickly you make the water

have you got a down pipe from the gutters, cos you can plumb waste into that

yeah got a down pipe on my garage.

my plan (which may be totally wrong) is to have a 175 litre tank in my small van with a complete pump box (which i also need help buying) then a trolley aswell.

hope to be able to go to my garage every morning and make around 200 litres and put it straight in the van then when im out and about working can either work from the van or put some water in trolley - depending on each job/houses.

got a 35 litre trolley from omnipole cuz it was cheap compared to others.

wanted to use wfp for top windows on around 10 - 15 houses a day and jsut a few commercial places a week.

yeh i got the same trolley,hope you have better luck with it than me

you will need to leave the ro on overnight in your garage, and then pump to van

dont want to sound dumb but im struggling to get my head round this. sure its easy but without seeing it, doesnt all make sense.

wish i could just use a di but dont know how often id have to replace a 25 litre bag?

whats the trolley like? take it by your comment its not great then?

i did not buy mine from omnipole, wish i did :

you should be fine with it ,they have made some mods to it regarding

waterproofing the electrics and leaks,

di will really cost you at 300 tds

mike can you run through how i would connect this propump to my tank and then hose reel?

seems a bit basic by the picture, have you ever used one?

basic is good 

at the bottom of your tank is an outlet, run hose from tank to pro pump

then just connect to reel ,if you use a tap on your pole just turn it on or off,

and the pressure switch will cut in saving you shed loads of water

tip for the pro pump , put some decent jubilee clips on pipes

i use mine on mainly no 1 setting  ,works for me

didnt get all that but hoping it will make sense when in front of me. just standard hose lock connections for the propump or something else? does the propump have an on/off switch or will the control valve on pole act as it with the flow rate.

have you had yours very long? wondering about it not lasting!

its crazy how you can get so many different things and very different prices!

is there anything i shouldnt go cheap on? like pole and reel?

hi i live in podsmead. so fairly central. work only in gloucester as have plenty of work on.

with the propump you can switch it off as well as using the pressure pump

i have had it for a year no real problems, just had to adjust pressure switch

but thats simple

as for poles ive got a few , but my favourite is the fishing pole, with a gardiners supalite brush

another good and cheap pole is the 5mtr harris pole from b&q  

 a lot of guys use these on here,
