Problem with WFP trolley system (Pure Freedom)
«

I have been using a Pure Freedom water fed pole trolley system for about 14 months now and I have noticed a bit of a problem with it. I was wondering if anyone else with the same or a similar system had experienced the same thing?
Basically what happens is that sometimes after I have set the system up and connected the pole etc I find that sometimes the water doesn't seem to get sucked out of the tank even though the battery is fully charged and is functioning fine (or at least I assume it is due to the noise being made).
I have read something about this happening with trolley systems because of too much air in the connection mechanism or something and when it occurs you need to "prime" the system. I think this involves taking the pole hose connector out and then sticking your finger in the orange connector part until water starts to come out. Usually after I do this it stars to work again. It can be a pain though having to do that so frequently and now it seems to be happening about 50% of the time I use the system. This mainly seems to have been happening in the last 6 months or so. Is there anything I can buy or replace on the system to sort the problem out?

check the hose to the pump because mine looked ok but it had collapsed on the inside if that makes sence. if you are using connectors with the stop thing in them take it out . these don,t help either cos as they wear they cause problems.

Do you have many hozelock connections between the water tank and the brush?
I've found these don't help. Try reducing them with fixed connections where possible or better alternatives.
I still have to put my finger on the end to draw the water through when i start a new job though.
