r u a big company

hi, have been on her for a few months now and was wondering are we just a bunch of one man bands or big companys, by this i mean how many custy do u have, ie appointment a day worked out over the month and how many lads you employ,  am not intrested in turn over as that is between you and the tax man lol

i employ 22 staff but the majority are not involved in the window cleaning side, i have relatively few contracts but they are largish ones, the downside to this is if you lose one it effects your business a lot more, for instance i have recently lost one very large contract that we have had for 14 years it has gone in house if we hadnt lost it i would of had 38 employees.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

Just me ;D

But I have friends that are wc's, so if I get a big job on they are always there to lend a hand. (And vice versa)

I did have around 450/500 custies on the books, plus schools and small commercial stuff.
But I took a year out, and am now building it all back up again ::)
It's slow going, but the numbers are creeping up.

Thats a good effort mate, 22 staff is without doubt a big company.

Do you employ general cleaning staff?

Am a one-man band have 223 customers on a 8 weekly cycle....exactly 8 weekly cycle to the day.

only a couple of office cleaning staff the majority is industrial cleaning ie powerwashing factory cleaning etc then the rest is window cleaning.

Just me but I know loads of w/c so any large jobs that come along I just get help with. Works for me
