Do you sub contract any aspect of your business?

Do any of you guys sub contract out any part of your business? Be it regularly or otherwise.
The obvious one is do you use subcontractor window cleaners? How many of you use bookkeepers, call answering services/virtual receptionist, sales agents/canvassers, printers?
For those who do, what has been your own experience of such? Does/did it add value to your business?

For keeping my accounts in order, for day to day cleaning contracts, for organising printing, for almost everything other than window and carpet cleaning I use a sub contractor; infact I use the same sub contractor for every job .................................
................................................ the missus
It'd be cheaper to use a different subby for each job cause by God does she make me pay

have subbed out lots, usually something i cant do but want to keep job, ie abseiling or 60 foot pole work as didnt fancy it etc
its worth doing if you can afford to take the cut in the pay,and it keeps a contract or something for you...
Also interviewing a canvasser on sunday :)hopefully thats gonna work out
