I'm moving down to Essex later this month.
I already have an ad in the yellow pages down there, I am having ads in the local paper and having 25,000 leaflets delivered each month, so should gain customers pretty quickly.

WFP window cleaner can clean 300-400 per month.
Broken down thats 15-20 customers per day.

No good if they're £5 a pop!

You wouldn't do 15-20 of many of our accounts per day! More, 3-4. ;)

I love this forum ;D ;D ;D

My average price per customer in Leicester is £9.00
In Essex I would expect that to be between £10 and £12.
As I am starting up in Essex I don't expect my round to be that compact.
Also I offer driveway and patio cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, gutter and fascia cleaning.

A mixture with many stately homes/mansions, private/boarding schools etc and ofcourse, smaller, ordinery accounts. My point being, you may be being a little over-enthusiastic?

yes dean lol, on a job washing down the fascias and asked the other half to pull the hose round so I could reach a little further, the next minute I thought the pressure washer was on fire lol.
It was the spray and steam from the water landing on the engine lol.

I currently clean approx 18 per day in Leicester so the same in Essex would be no problem.
I am dropping 75,000 leaflets before Christmas so I should get approx 500 customers.
I am targeting residentials at the moment.
