T & C's

Hi im just putting together my T & C's for domestic cleaning, Im a sole trader and not a limited company so I don't have a registration number for things like letter headed paper etc, what im asking is "does this matter"?  Also do you all hacve your T & C's looked over by a solicitor? they are only basic ones.

If you are a small employer then business link offer a multitude of services free of charge via their website.

One of these is a Statement of Employment which will include the minimum that you should have documented. If you want more you could still complete this on line and then use as a reference for your actual T & C's.

Hi Ian,
I have used Business Link and yes their great.  I wanted to issue the client with terms and conditions, I have already filled in the statement of employment for my staff.

hi nat, i trawled the internet and printed off the terms & conditions of approx 7cleaning company's and then ammended to suit my needs
this is another fine mess ive got myself into
