help new buildings going up

hi all  i have got two new buildings  nearly finished down the road, the question is how do i find out whos building it is and whos going in there for me to get my foot in the door first any help would be greatful thanks

What I would do is find out the name of the building contractor, should be on the vans etc. ring them up and ask to speak to the contracts manager in charge of the such and such develpment. and be as postive as possible and just introduce yourself and explain to them what sort of things you can offer and if they need any help give you a call. thats if its the builders clean your after, if its for the regular cleaning programme find out who's moving in and repeat the above. my approach would be very freindly and possitive (not pushy) hope this helps Phil
