I've been using Open office for over a year now and dont have any problems with it and it's handy for sending invoices with its automatic .pdf converter.Simon
I,m pleased this post has arisen, I have recently sent an invoice by e mail with m/s word as the attachment the response from the recipient was " cant open " yet they have had before in the same format, and as they prefer their invoices by e mail as opposed to post mail I was a little pi**ed off.Geoff

Hi Sean- not sure yet I've been creating a doc to email so I've just saved it as .rdf & I'm going to email it I'll let you know NOPE - hasn't worked saved as xxxxx.rtf & its added .wps on the end ??
