selling a contract
« on: September 30, 2009, 12:19:08 pm »
how much would a 5hr per week job be worth if it was to be sold alone ?

would it be x amount times the hourly price or the weekly price ? if so, how many times is fair to ask for ??

many thanks

Theres lots of factors not just the x the weekly amount.

A 5 hours a week contract is small. The profit wont be great.

And is it just the contract, what about TUPE, the staff that cover the contract, Terms & Condition and how long have you had this contract?

Why are you selling?

Location? Is it easy for cleaners to get to or do they require transport?

it's only a small job in the medway towns. It's a doctors surgery that is just an hour a day 5 days a week. Easy if you live local. Our cleaner is leaving and as my wife has just had a baby we wondered how much it would be worth to someone as it stands ??

Was just out of interest at the moment as we're undecided !!

thanks for the reply
