Ive just worked out the average price for domestic properties on my round.

Has anyone else done this? If so what was it if you dont mind saying. I was pleased, mine works out at £20.48 per domestic.

you total the round up then divide it by the number of customers.

when i started, i put £10 per house as an average projection on the business plan.
looked at domestic average a couple of days ago, and found £12.27 average happy with that.

90% of my work has the same frequency, but of course the sizes of each property can vary dramatically.

The lowest price is £10 the highest is £270.00 (inside and out), but when I added the figures up the price for the highest property I only counted the outside price, which is £160.00.


I basically added up all the properties worth and divided by the number of properties as MB said.

Avg=£21.13p domestic

I find that each job I pick up evens out around £20 a month. (I find The larger jobs have them done less frequently)

the same goes for all jobs though, because when someone says they earn 20k or 40k per year, or £15 or £20 per hour there quoting top line figures and not what they get after NI and tax is deducted.
