Hello everyone
Just joined, came across this site by accident and have spent the last 4 hrs reading previous postings. Having been in the cleaning business for 2 years now with no past experience it’s been very difficult to know if I am doing the right things and making the correct decisions. I operate a domestic cleaning business which also cleans carpets and upholstery as well as some commercial work, I now employ 12 staff. If only I would have found this site earlier it would have saved me a lot of time, money and grief. Good to know I am not the only one facing similar problems and experiences. I will continue to read with interest and help if possible. Kind regards Phil
