Global cleaning

Anybody come across a company called Global cleaning?
They are a 'cleaning contracts company'. Basically from wot I can gather their sales people get contracts for you , you work them and they take 20% of the contract price. They guarantee you get paid every month so no chasing invoices. I suppose the theory is they help stabalise your cash flow.
Just interested if anyone on here has used them or a similar company and if so is it any good?

If they charge cheap, then take your percentage then you pay insurance, NI, uniforms, then products from them you aint going to make anything but they will from your percentage and products you have to buy from them.

Its like a franchise but without outlay and a ready made business they are taking on "YOU"

hi there

google global cleaning there are a lot of posts about them on the web,

i have a lot of knowledge about them, basically you are buying the burden and reward of the labour of the contract only.

it depends what you are looking for, a monthly cheque without a lot of hassle then great, but any desire to build a company from it, not realistic.

regards

martin
