Shouting, screaming & threatening customers...
« on: September 25, 2009, 03:41:07 pm »
That's what I had today and I hadn't even started to work.

Was going to do there fascias and my wife called them last night to say I would not be there at 9, but 10 as I was across the road first.

Seems she didn't understand and thought I was going at 8. Got to my job across the road at 8.30 and she came out shouting and screaming (she's in her 60's). Eventually she walked off and I carried on. Pulled up outside her house and out she comes again at it.

I walked away and started cleaning her neighbours fascias. Then her husband came out giving it and as I walked away, he started threatening me with loosing business.

Anyone else had this before lifting a finger ?
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

I had an old biddie swearing 'F' this & that, threatening to report me to the Benefits office,Tax office and everyone similar. I kept my calm, stayed polite and left. Customer suffers dementia. Customer dropped. Don't need idiots like that, ever!
