I have a established residential round for sale in Tiverton and Cullompton in Devon.

I have been servicing the work for three years. It generates £2400 a month. however I have not raised the prices in three years.

I would like £5K no offers.

Most of the work is compact with the exception of a few larger homes. Its all in good areas and more importantly full of good payers!

Its all done with WFP and it comprises of 197 houses which averages £12.18 per house.

I thought you had 2 FT employees working with you?

Last I remember you were trying to expand the resi side of things.

 Is the commercial taking over or is employing not as rosy as you hoped?

Its the last of the residential, still employing but doing all commercial nowadays.

I was going to expand in both sectors but just too busy with the commercial, decided to go for steady growth instead of volume.

This bit Im selling is the last of the residential and its just all good stuff.
