just picked up a biggie its a qurterly clean with access equipment needed but im hoping after the first clean t should be a good little earner.

well chuffed, i cant believe ow much business has grown since jan i over doubled!!!

please dont take this has gloating just chuffed and i thought i would share it.

Im not sure, maybe the proffesional image and the quality of service, its off a company i already do a few apprtments for but this a real big one.

I know ther happy with me that helps and i offer satisfaction guarentee going out solve any problems(you always get them in appartments, the odd funny sod so keeping them happy makes there job easier)

i also have two employes now which fres up alot of time to go do the quotes ect.

i know about the saying allyour eggs in one basket but all though is over 10 k a yeari dont feel like losing this would have to much of problamatic affect on my business.

got some big changes to deal with this year and already had to deal with taking on two empoyees and going Ltd and getting my second van.

but i guess this is why i emjoy being in business has im never bored!!

steve did you find it ever slowed down???

resiential side has i suppose but i concentrate more on commercial so it kinda gets neglected all though i will be pushing for a litte more next month mainly for cash flow.
