If your customer has asked for a deep clean then I would use a scrubber drier. You cannot deep clean with just a mop

Scrubber and then wet and dry vac will do same so. What product would you suggest?
Can you seal ceramic tiles after they've been cleaned?

You can seal them if they are not finished etc, point is, will your customer want them sealed? I had one who flatly refused to have anything put on her un-glazed ceramic tiles. And boy did they get dirty.
