upvc cleaning
« on: September 13, 2009, 04:32:58 pm »
have been thinking about adding upvc cleaning alongside the window cleaning work (i do use wfp and i know it cleans the upvc to a degree but i was thinking more restoration than just cleaning).
my only concern is ladders would have to be used to get up close to apply product and scrub frames and sills but how would you get ladders upto windows above conservatorys and steep pitched roofs?
anyone do this type of work and how do you get on with this problem?

Conservatory ladders? Or a big ladder and someone footing, only other thing is to spray with something like tfr with a pump spray / back[pack and long lance then wfp, or a pressure washer and long lance... do the rest off ladders or same way?

upvc cleaning can be good money, its just too much like hard work when ive done it, maybe im a perfectionist but i cant seem to get a good hourly rate, but i was cleaning with upvc creams ladders etc, maybe with the chemical and a pressure washer or similar it would be faster?
