just been asked to do a quote for a three blocks of flats, 62 flats in all with four bay windows georgian style ( not double glazed ) they want the stair ways and doors done aswell inside out. Whats the best way to price it. ie by flat, by window or by estimating how long it will take. Its a three monthlt clean so would you charge more. Thanks!

I've recently quoted for three blocks too (not the same ones
). It's a funny thing with jobs like that but once the first clean is completed, it's possible to fly around work like that. If I were to tell you my price on here (I won't) and how many flats it is for, it would sound like commercial suicide. However, I've done a few jobs of that sort of size now and I have been truly astonished at how quickly it is possible to do them with WFP. On such work my prices can look very low yet I can still make the same (or close to) the same money per hour that I would by going around houses. It's probably a bit harder graft as it is solid work with no drive betweens. I may not even have the job yet. It has been whittled down to the last three (including me). If i don't get it, I would be curious to find out the reason(s). No quotatrion is unbeatable but I have trimmed it to the bone. The job is only a mile or so from home to no real travel cost issues.
