« on: September 09, 2009, 09:35:11 pm »
The final rounds are now for sale. They are cleaned using traditional methods . The three rounds i kept for myself are up for sale due to progression in my other business
Three Fornightly rounds worked traditionally with a combined turnover of £1518per month including a monthly round with a turnover of £140 so far with oppurtunity to purchase extra £700 of work on this estate
All work is compact with good prices in an area covered by window cleaners so work is hard to come by. Establsihed for nearly 7 years there are good loyal customers who are good payers using cash or cheque.ill  Houses mainly consist of semi detached houses located within a 2 mile radius. Great oppurtunity for start up cleaners to aquire an established round to build upon.
New work recently canvassed and cleaned valuing £100per month
Turnover of £1600+ per month from 8 days a month cleaning
Asking Price  £15000 ono

Email for more details. If interested i will introduce new buyer to customers and assist were possible in handover

Are these earning figures for 2 people then ?  If so could you quote the turnover minus the current wages, thanks.

Two people working around 5-6 hrs
Wages for the lad are £320 a month
£1630 - £320 = £1310 per month minus what wage you take

I've decided to carry on building my domestic round by canvassing, it's doing well at the minute like that, I'd like to choose the easier option of buying a round but it just isn't financially a good idea.  I've done well canvassing in the last few weeks, so doesn't make sense for me to pay for the customers just now.

Would you be wiling to sell 'just' the hard working employee...how much use has he had?, does he come with a warranty?, perhaps I could pay weekly for him and if he breaks in the first 6 months could I get a refund?

Would you be willing to post him to Holland?

Dave.
