Been cleaning this house for two years,...  a semi £7...

Been in the area a couple of weeks, but had to keep driving past this one , as builders and joiners all over her driveway,...

So i was leaving the area today so i thought i would give it a last go, so as not to miss her this month....

also because i realised her windows would be filthy after the work she had done.....

i pulled up , the lady of the house was sat right next to the window,

she saw me, so anticipating a smile, i waved,.....and was about to open the van door...

but as soon as i waved she looked at me and rolled her eyes in disgust and looked away....!

So i drove off, at speed so she knew i had reacted to her horribleness.

Dont you hate people like that.?

i just dont understand some people, maybe it was the thought of paying out 7 quid.....

anyway she can find someone else,... i will pull up next door, next time and if she asks me i will tell her why....

dont want customers who dont want me !

what u didnt even get a chance to speek to her.she might have been upset over something else like cowboy builders etc.im surprised uv got a round to clean soft lad.as for driving off at speed sounds like its u whos got a problem.grow up

seems you have though, like take any old  customer, take crap from any customer and thats why  window cleaners have a bad name,

because they can be spoken to and looked down on by anyone...

and you let them...

i think at least you could have knocked on her door and asked what the problem was, just to put your own mind at rest, if the gesture was aimed at you personaly ask why. if it turns out she is a git then nip down the shop for a half doz of eggs

i dont take crap off anyone.dont have a problem with my custys.if she been a pain in the past then fair enough but i would just tell her im not cleaning straight to her face and be firm but fair and tell her the reason why instead of driving off in a huff like a baby.that will make u look STUPID.I love the fact theres loads of dickheads doin this job cos i end up with there custys.im as straight and honest as they come and it works well in every aspect of my life.

always get one prat who starts to drag things into the gutter by name calling and being clever,

The lady in question is and always has been, a pain... she thinks im expensive,... she moans about, ..and at everything...

She gives me the runaround for my money....

so, yes you can follow me all year if you want ....and take all my garbage customers off me,

Like i said, some window cleaners will take anything.

But i suppose there is always someone who will  ..

I`d play her at her own game. Look at dirty windows, roll eyes, make out you don`t need the hassle and let her know you called specially. Put her on the back foot. 
 If she doesn`t change her attitude and appreciate your service then dump her.

You will always get the odd customer who gives you the "what do YOU want look", especially when you're cashing up. (well I do anyway)
I ignore it to the point, when they find it hard to let go of the bank note.
