if you mean doing all ten houses as one job i'd say about £750-£1000 is a good place to start, then add on extra for poor access etc

Just spoke to a customer today in the north east that has just won a council contract 2000 houses at £56.00 per house + VATSo a batch of 10 houses should really be worth more than £56.00 per property.
£750-£1000 is i agree is robbery lol,if you can get it good on ya just makesure no other firms round there know your price otherwise you won`t lol.
£25 a side per house = £50 = £500 job lotthey are deceivingly high them gutters and nowt at back to put ladders in
