« on: August 31, 2009, 05:17:06 pm »
Hi All

Just wanted to know if anyone on here w/c's in the Sittingbourne or surrounding areas. About to start my canvassing and wanted a genral idea of where is taken by other cleaners so dont wanna step on any toes or waste time on areas that are already set.

Cheers

There is no such thing as "patch" just be polite
If somebody says they have a window cleaner just say "i am sorry to have bothered you" and move to the next house
Only one rule of thumb i am aware of is do not intentionaly undercut a WC just to get the work

There's a guy called Ian who posts on here from that area.
He's real mean, cleans every house in northern Kent, and is built like a brick out house.  :)
I wouldn't go trading on his toes if I were yoiu.

Ian would probably give you some good advice really.  Really nice guy from Sittingbourne.  I had been window cleaning for some years when he told me a few things about what is possible.  I had been isolated and working in the dark ages for a long time before I met him.  I won't go into the details of the conversation as some of it was pretty private but it helped me enormously.

Some of the conversation was about earnings and potential earnings.
He told me that if I joined Amway I could be a millionaire within three months.  It really worked.  I'm posting this from my yacht on the Mediterranean.
