Hi there All,

I am based in the sunny north-west, Any advice is much appriecated, I have been asked by a Housing Association to quote them for communal cleaning. It consists of 32 units some being 3 storey victorian style and some 4 storey new build style all requiring to be sweped/vacumed, dusted & moped once per week, all have vnyl flooring.

Looking back at earlier post's would £10 - £11.50 per unit be to high for me to charge! I would appreciate any help as Im stilll quite a newbie.
