hi, my setup in van in tank - pump - di - hose reel, well i changed the resin over the other day and ever since then when i switch the pump on it takes about 2-3 minutes for water come through because the di bottle has to fill up and then when i switch of the di bottle practically empties itself, dont know what the hells going on, any help would be great

Sounds like the air is getting in allowing the water to syphon back to your tank. Check all fittings again especially the seating of the rubber o ring on the bottle and the threads of the top. Also ptfe the threads of the inlet and outlet pipes. I mean
plenty
of ptfe tape on these 'cos they leak for a pastime.
