Best RO System for 500 to 800 GPD ??

With the ongoing problems with my 400 GPD unit struggling to do 200 i am interested to know if anyone uses/reccomends the Merlin units or any other make that can do between 500 and 800 UK GPD

My water pressure is less than 40 PSI - so would i require a pump if i opt for the Merlin, if so - can anyone reccomend an effective pump thats not to expensive or is it better to go for the Merlin branded pump at that huge price.
