Why arnt you asking for more?
You should have it for sale for at least 8x monthly turnover

People will argue they are buying goodwill etc but thats what any business is - Normally you pay 1.5 times the profits so why should dole queuers and smackheads bring the price of rounds down like theyve done. They will get a round then sell it in winter for buttons

Haha, I live for the cold!
And due to my other business venture being put on hold iv had to continue window cleaning for a couple weeks untill my upcoming business meeting, But to my suprise iv had quite alot of phone calls/Emails from people seriously wanting to buy it, Almost makes me think maybe i shouldnt sell it?!
