I'd say maybe use a picture in the header, and more in the pages, but first off, definitely remove the READER WARNING statement, I can see where you're aiming but it looks really aggressive straight away, like you're saying - don't even think about getting a lower end price from us, we're expensive so F off.......NOW.
I think you should remove the google search box too, and maybe the clock, and the empty pages listed as empty.

You need to look at meta tags and alertnative text for your pics to help with your search engine results .
Search google for 'meta tag generator' and copy and paste results into your code.
use pictures that are more relevant, aircraft look nice but are they really relevant to cleaning? If they are, you need to show before and after pics.
Grubby planes a dirty ash tray and a messy kitchen don't really sell it for you, find something more 'shiny'.
I would make your navigation buttons more obvious.
Maybe kill some of the red too.

Cheers
Alan

Where do i start,.....

RED is a bad colour. I like the gradient design, but switch to a nice green maybe.

Negative wording (Reader warning) is going to loose a LOT of potential customers and you should remove every last trace of it. Sell how good you are, don't mention how bad everyone else is.

Your meta tags need a lot of work,.. your keywords shouldn't be capitalised either.

Get rid of text that is all capitals,.. in headers/links too.

Some text is white, some is black, some yellow,... choose one and go with it (I like the white).

Get rid of the google search and clock,.. replace with a pic of you in your work uniform (Head & shoulders) smiling at the camera

Get some good pics of you & your team working (NOT STOCK PHOTO'S), your vehicles, and ask permission from a few customers to take before & after pics,... real pics sell.

Your links page is missing a link to my business website, the Guild website & ACS,.. probably your worst mistake!! ;)

Keep working on it Simon,.. a good website takes a couple of weeks to get right.

On the left some text is in lower case, some in caps, .......make sure it is one or the other, because it looks slap dash and thats not what you are offering according to your site.

In fact you have one sentence at least on the front page with words mixed up....some caps some lower case.

Make sure its cleaned up accordingly throughout the site.

The red isnt good to look at, light blue perhaps?

The font changes from one page to another. The green banner is there on some pages but not on others.

Just seen you are using 2 different font sizes on the same page.

BE CONSISTENT!

My personal opinion about websites (and this is just a general comment, not about thisone in particular) for us guys is that we are trying to sell a service which has a great deal to do with tidiness, being orderly and clean; in a pleasing to the eye kind of way. One which we feel comfortable with and at ease.

If a potential customer comes across a site looking for a cleaner and they are presented with an untidy, ramshackle, disorderly, messy, cluttered and generally displeasing and awkward to the eye site they'll go elsewhere.

Have a look at other Websites and think about what you find attractive and pleasing.

Keep it simple and clean. Well done for having a go, but I would consider asking for some one on one help.
