to do those upper side windows, your gonna need a mewp.

Unless you go wif ladders onto the roof (against wahr thou).

Inise will be via mewp and trad unless you can wfp and use a wet dry vac to suck up all the spillage?

Weekly? sure.. i doubt it, but get a full inistail clean out the way first then pffer a discount for weekly after.

Dont go low thinking there will be extra work, cos usually they say that so you give a lower price, and dont ask you back  ::)

id do that with a wagtail flipper on a  fibreglass pole/ probably an 18 inch wagtail/ as the poster above said  be very  suprising if they wanted it done weekly

no less than £200 , looks like an alldayer

they don't want the whole lot done weekly just the sales area.i don't know which one is that as the inside it's not finished yet.i'm thinking just the front and the side, but i told to the guy i spoke on the phone that he needs to look at the building first and let me know what exactly needs done on weekly basis.i might do the insides wfp and use a wet vacuum .
the insides and out sides i quoted £450 for the fisrt clean and i'll let them know tomorrow.i think it's fair price

Id say the outsides on a first clean, assuming theres no need to start scraping stickers and the like off, £150.

Insides, they need to be more clear about theyre asking you to do before you can offer up anything.

As for weekly, even the sales area is likely to be a tough one to secure, possibly fortnightly; but an area of glass that size at the front is going to demand a fair wedge of money, in these times Id be highly surprised to see them forking out for that weekly.

Fair play to you if they do, be sure you invoice regularly and it gets settled before the outstanding becomes unmanageable.

just a little update on the quote .i met the guy who's contracting the cleaning.said he wants done on a weekly basis .every window that it's up to 13ft high which means up to the 3rd pane( 3rd one included).and the front  one up to the 4th pane.that is in and out.i'm a bit concerned how much to charge .
on the first clean i was thinking £450 for the first clean in and out.the access it's not to bad.
then every 6 months they want the whole lot  again.
i counted there are 205panes on the outside and 165 panes on the inside(some of them are covered by the wall and cannot be clean)
278 panes they want cleaned every week (combined in and out)
and  370 panes to be cleaned every 6 months
i was thinking to charge 50 pence a pane thinking that there are so many in one place.so
every week that means £139
every 6 months i want to charge 75 pence for the extra panes and that's £208.and the first clean is  about double that's £450
i hope i done my maths correct .some of the bigger panes i counted as 2 panes

hiya mate try and delete that post who is subbing the work becoz sum people may contact them and undercut you now you have shown everyone your figure you were planning on offering.i was advised about this when i put pics up people maybe friendly on here but when it cums to business people cn be very shrewd .all it takes is for someone local to you to recognise the building in the pics.

hope this helps
