Watering flower baskets

Some of you may know I also water fed pole my towns hanging baskets, its hard work   these pics where taken to try to make a political point, anyone know what the music is ?

Thats one cool idea but they (shazam) couldnt work it out, could be a local plug and play session. But thanks  8)
