tenancy cleaning

i have been asked by a friend who has houses to clean one when his tenant leaves soon i can do the windows and carpets as i have the things to this but i was wonder else i would need to clean right though the house. Would you spend more time doing the kitchen and bathrooms doing a deep clean and just a general clean through the rest off the house i want to make a good job as he has a fair few house thanks for any advice

mates rates yes but Ive still got to make a living its a terraced house what price would you charge ? off course depending off the mess its left in
