might be as well jus tbuying the brush with jets fitted i think. What is an ideal brush for upvc? want one which is good fro scrubbing. i have vikan red brushes for windows but not very good fro scrubbing

ok got a bentley brush for doing upvc and signs. I plan on fitting fan jets as i think these will be better forthis type of work. Do i need to cut out a line of bristles on the brush head?

i have tested out loads of different jets, allways return to the cleantech jets

I wouldn't have thought that fan jets were really needed for the type of work you're talking about. Pencils would be fine, and they're much easier to fit.
And yes, a Bentley brush would be fine for this work.
