so you guys are saying you clean the drive, then go back to seal when dry, then go back when dry again to sand? thats 3 trips, and how much labour charge for 3 trips plus materials

thats ridicoulous in my eyes.
the idea of sealing block paving is to seal the joints (ie bond the fresh kiln dried sand to the sides of the blocks) which prevents weeds growing. by sealing first then sanding you are totally wasting your time as the sand will be soft so there is no benefit.
