I've been advised by the local printing co. that embroidery is better if you're working outside.

All,

Be VERY careful with Vistaprint!

They cleverly make you click something near the end of your transaction that signs you up for some rubbish discount club, at £10.99 per month, and the first you know about it is when you check your credit card statement!

They would not refund this money, and after confirming they had stopped it, restarted it a few months later. In the ensuing argumement with my credit card company, I told them to cancel my card, and they said they would STILL process the payments from Vistaprint!

This is a nightmare to stop, and cost me all of the savings on the business cards I was buying, and a lot of stress!  better to use your local printing.com or similar IMO.

I will never do business with them again on the principal.

Their cards are ok, their T shirts rubbish IMO.

Better to use polo shirts, T shirts look tacky IMO.

I dealt with Vistaprint and didn't know about this credit card thing I must admit.I don't check my statements too often but I'll be having a quick look now. What I will say about them is that if you use them be prepared to get absolutely bombarded with e-mail adverts.

What happens is that when you approach the end of your purchase they put some inocuous looking page up, and as you click it, you have "agreed" to join their "Shopping Club" at £10.99 a month!

www.trainline.co.uk are now doing the same thing BTW!

It showed on my CC statement as a "shopping club" or similar, and it had an 0845 phone number which i rang and it was Vistaprint!

I would check your statements carefully for the next couple f months just in case. If you google "vistaprint scam", you will see what i mean!

i had one of the small car magnets on my car for the last few months. They are good enough quality, and i was very surprised that no one attemted to steal it!! Just make sure that behind the magnet is very clean and dry before applying to car/van

I just bought a citroen dispatch and just wasnt sure if the large signs would stand out enough

It IS a scam, because they are not being upfront and straightforward about it.

Google "vistaprint scam" and see what I mean!

Are all those people wrong?

And it's not restricted to this country either, if you check the complaints, they are worldwide.

it allways used to be 9.99 for the premium VIP club, they have allways done it, you just need to read what the premium club is ( now called the shopping club )

yes people have been caught by it, i dont doubt that ( we have had people on here who have been caught )  but the word scam is a little harsh on them ( despite what the internet says
