Perhaps it was the one Dave at Pristine ordered from the States. The trouble is he not only wanted to save money on the initial buy but also wanted to avoid import duties and taxes, even opted for the cheapest form of delivery tell them just to 'drop it off,' which it appears  is what  they did, from 40,000 feet, only they got the address wrong and it landed in your garden!
Simplz! ;D

I have to say Dave you have taken it well, Most would have spat their dummies out half way through the thread  or picked their ball up and refused to play, but you carried it on well.

I have to agree on the surface a machine from the States looks good on paper. But as many know a Truck mounted machine can be very temperamental and it the back up you need more than a discounted price.

Well done Dave.

Hi Dave,

Yep, I do take it well, thats what it looks like on here. I have not posted any before and after pictures. Otherwise you will certainly see how I have been effected.

I was once handsome, and blonde- now just a wiltered old grey haired man.

Infact I am now suffering from stress. But I will hide that. I also have to control my temper with anger managemnt and pills.

So as you guys might be aware, I did purchase stuff from A&M - See supporting a british suppplier. but they have gone. I was looking into buying an Envirodri System. I did get a quotation, I have a pdf copy £550 + VAT it was an e30 NEW.

I did order it last Friday. But they never took the money and obviously I never got the machine.

Any of of you helpful chaps now of a similar or same machine and at what deals. I doubt I will find one at £550.

You could try the States Dave ( Did I say that) ;D

Then again it will be 110 volt and then you'd need a knock down box (transformer)

The choice is endless starting here with Express cleaning, matt at Clean Smart,
Prochem, Ashby's, Altec, John Kelly, Solution and the list goes on.

Yes, Mr Ingram, I agree, Dave has taken a real mauling lately and has taken it with good grace.
I think we should award him the, The World Be Importer of the Year Award. ;D
Well done tho Dave.

Dave you would not be alone in saying that I have known Simon for a number of years and he himself  will tell you that he is not accountable for what he says or does.

When it come to an argument he is first up for one or should I say a debate.

I have slept through many of Simon's debates so I would stop right now while there is still hair left on your head! :-\

It's just you Dave  ;D

It's very easy to read the tone of a post the wrong way, most people type like they speak.

Agree you've taken more than enough stick already, so time to put it to bed now I think.

now now, calm down simon, as steve barnet says, most, me included type as we speak and it does often come out reading a bit vicious/bitter/condescending. i for one never mean any offence, it's just the way it reads, i often read the post i've written and think, jees, that looks bad, take what you read with a pinch of salt,    ;)
