Your customers, I assume, must have a low expectation of your services then.

That's great if your experience is good. Mine wasn't through no fault of my own. If your customers receive a poor service I assume they are told to 'Get over it'?

for those who used the extender pole with the fibre pads how did you manage to spray the glass with pure water, did you just wet the pad first

Yes, when working at height I have sprayed the pad.

I used a new method of using this system today on some internal windows over a stairwell that had not been cleaned in nearly 7 years.  I took my 22ft SL-X pole with flocked brush fitted, sprayed the brush with pure water and brushed all of the interior windows to loosen/shift the dirt and I then used the Easy Shine Kit on an extension pole, first with a wet pad then with a dry pad.  Worked very well and saved having to get a ladder out over a tricky stairwell area.

They can be bought on their own.  We haven't got any in stock at the moment but we will be getting some in soon.  You can fit them on a standard thread but you need an adapter which we will also be having in stock shortly.

that sounds a lot better alex it will mean higher internal cleaning hopefully without the need of the very expensive indoor wet vacs which can been used
