I want it to be a fall back but the construction biz has got alot of potential and everyone who is working with us can see it. Il be looking at a webpage etc so if youve got anymore advice that would be welcomed to give me different perspectives on the set up.
Where are you in the uk Slumpduster?

If you want to email me any ideas you think could help or any trolley systems you think i could start with would be appreciated - dmj.guest@hotmail.co.uk

Can you help me with ro resin vessels and so on - not got much room in my house so id like something to produce pure water that i can attach to my tap - fill up some containers and go out with the trolley system - NO HOLDING TANK
cheers

plat it was good to talk the other day, i run one business currently but im looking at buying my first property to let and starting a property portfolio, nothing defo but i feel i could do thid with window cleaning easy enough.

I guess running more than one business id having the right team has no one man can do it all on there own, I struggle to run my window business if an employee leaves but once i have a good team it will become easier.

Likewise ronnie, After speaking to my accounant last week regarding property he advised to consider it more as a pension than income as the bank requires the rental to cover 125% of the repayments on the mortgage leaving little for income. With the construction business i wanted to set up an investment company but he again advised to keep it on a personall level until i provide most of the cash for the property. Let us know how you go on because thats a route im interested in going down also - when are you thinking of buying?

next 3 months will only need 15% will get one from auctions, wont be using it for income really but i think it will make a little. house prices are cheap and you can some bargains so i may buy one or two and if its not worth the hassle ill sell in 3/4 years when property price have increased.

Thats what he advised me to do tho he siad try and keep it for 10 years. My accountant owns them himself but he said from auction you always have to expect to do work on them but your right now is the time to buy. Id consider doing a donald trump and building accomodation to either rent or sell but im along way away from that. Good luck anyway -
Ronnie do you know how i can get a pure water produced from a tap without keeping a holding tank?
Id like to buy a trolley system so i can try the WFPs

i do this via a di vessel, but this is dependant on you TDS in your area.

i have a unit and leave the tank in the van filling up over night so it is ready to go but i used to do this at home and it would take 40 min for 650ltr, my tds is about 55

you need a di vessel from top you can then fill conatiners but it will be dependant on the TDS on how much water your di will make
