4040 QUESTION AGAIN

Hi all my 4040 ro seems to run quicker after i have just backflushed the membrane but it is only for about 3 minutes could it be that i have put the membrane in back to front or is this impossible any help would be great thanks

if they are anything like merlin membranes, it's nigh on impossible to get it wrong, they have a plug at one end that plugs into the merlin itself.

but as for 4040's i am not sure if thats the same or not.
