Got to a job today, £6 4weeker for an 87 yr old lady who is one of my first ever customers. Been there 5 times now and always have a chat with her.

Anyway she says to me ill pay you now, gives me a £5 note and says dont worry about the pound change... your a hard worker.

I didnt have the heart to say anything to her. She seems as normal (sane that is).

Reckon she got the price mixed up or conned me ?

I cleaned an old dears house last Xmas week and she came out and paid me the money which was correct and gave me a Xmas box which was an APPLE

Im not fussed.... shes a lovely old lady and i enjoy having a chat with her.

She's saving for her hols mate, and you and the milkman are paying for it

we had shoes but my dad resoled them with old tyres and couldnt afford woodbines we shared roll ups,and there was no school we worked in tha mill

Thats FREAKY and probably true. She went to visit her sister this morning and just got back before i got there. She did say after she paid me that she had to ring her sister. Thats not a joke... she really did go to visit her sister and say about ringing.

Her gardiner is due tomorrow... bet he gets short changed too.
