Do you know material of the suite?
Did you use hot or cold water?
What colour is the suite?
Is the material a flat type, or one with a pile?

There is a stain removal guide on another site very similar to this one.
I have recently removed a large area of dogs blood from a wool carpet using rust remover then citrus gell.
If using the above pretest first.

Sherlock
To answer your question don’t know, then human blood differs by type, never ask customer what blood type they are, blood is blood say from a cut, I have a standard way of dealing with it.
Vac, cold rinse (most of the time it comes out)
Rust remover
Rinse then dry with HD.
Haven’t tried citrus gell

You should have use Glabbys!! I've used this loads of times for blood and stubborn stains (pooh etc), it's tremandous. It's not 2 expensive either.

What rust remover do you use. I have Prochems rust remover but its never worked on rust in 5 years.
I did remove light rust on a commercial carpet today using Blitzz from Texatherm.

Perhaps Citrus Gell breaks down the fat in blood which helps remove it.
Anyway what happened to the parrot?
Did it become deceased prematureley? If it did, I would advise cust to take back to shop and register a complaint!
