Hi can anybody help. I have an opportunity to quote on a contract for a letting agency to clean all their eot properties (they are in a university catchment area and have lots of properties).

    I need to know

a) how much to charge - ranging from 1 bedroom upto 4 bedrooms
b) what do I include in the quote and is there anything you don't include
c) how long does an average 3 bedroom property take - could you do 1 a day or 2
