We've just taken a call from one of our office customers, saying they've had "Head Office" on to them to understand what they are doing to prevent the spread of Swine Flu.
Upon taking our service, the customer declined the telephone cleaning service we offered, so I see this as one of the key measures we could introduce.
This is the first enquiry we've had on Swine Flu, so I'd like to ask whether anyone else has had to 'up' their services yet, and if so, how?
On a side note, our contact said he also suspects the Group as a whole will be replacing their locally sourced cleaners with a national company. This is something they've done before and subsequently scrapped, so I guess there must be someone trying to make a name for themselves somewhere.
Our guy has doesn't want to lose us and has asked us to put something together . . . any tips on how to battle this?
