Went collecting tonight and I'm waiting for the cheque to be written out so I have a look at the windows. One looks a bit spotty then the custy comes to the door "see that mark - is it on the outside?" it was so I microfibred it off. "your kit didn't get that off when you cleaned"

Got me wondering if I missed that window completely

Yeah,.. phone rings/hose snags etc, get distracted,.... happens to us all!

i have finished a job and gone back cos i missed one ,also had a lad do some work and when collecting that night looked at window and wondered wether he cleaned it,i dont use him anymore

Yup. There's been times when I would've sworn blind that I'd cleaned all the windows on a customers house but when I check them all it's obvious I've somehow missed one. It happens especially when you zone out and are thinking of something other than what you're doing.

Yes , now and then, cleaned the wrong house once, it was a terraced house and after I'd finished the front I went and cleaned the neighbours back windows. Custy noticed and took the mick for months. :

once gave my dad a list to collect and wrote wrong number down, went to get paid - they paid him without question and even had quite a chat, only when checking off paid did i realise i had given him wrong number house, took money back next day and apologised

Done all that mate, and arrived at the next job to find I hadn't tied the ladders onto the rack, they were still there though.
I got off a balcony the other day, tied the ladders on, went to do the bottoms, and where was my small brush? You guessed it, on the balcony. Grrr!
