How do we get one? the website doesn't let you go to the shopping basket. Do we email him? Is there a waiting list?

It's all gone suspiciosly quiet.I remember last time- good old dave just happened to be driving past when they were delivered- heck of a coincidence unless he'd had the place staked out or some kind if webcam survelaince. And so he ended up being the very first person to get one.

I haven't heard a waiting list mentioned, and there's no way to pre pay.They could be busy packing them up now.

They will be on the website to buy from 9am tomorrow morning or by ringing the Office after 9am.

is it worth me being sat on here and ordering a few, we seem to have a fair few who are desperate for them, i could then sell them on for a tidy profit

forget being a ebay ticket tout, more money to be made in these poles its seems

He says ive got to get one after nine tomorrow.But he will reserve one of the ones i want.

That's fair enough, i expect things are pretty pressured round his place right now. i imagine there has been a fair bit of investment, a lot of worry, and now a lot of work to get the things out.

Last time it must have been worse though because there kept being delays, and untill the paying customers actually got them he couldn't be certain they were any good. At least this time the are proven.

Best of luck with the launch of an even wider product range. I hope things go well.

Slump what size you ordering, im thinking of getting the 18ft as a everyday pole and using my 25ft for 3 storey.

What's the difference between the SLX and the Supermax apart from length?

22' and the mono trim.
I may get an 18' as well.

I have a 56' supa but don't carry it in the van. I use 17' xtels at the moment along with step ladders and a 34' hybdrid for higher stuff.

The hybrid is heavy, and so are the xtels horizontaly.

I think i can get most things with the 22 and my mate would have the 18. It's a pain connecting another pole.

I haven't heard anyone say a bad word about these poles (some comments about clamps), and i expect i should have got one sooner.

What's the difference between the SLX and the Supermax apart from length?

Nothing! Apart from the quality of the Carbon in the larger sections is greater to cope with the increased strain on the sections.

As you know I have the very first version sl-x, it's a superb pole & still in every day use. I use it for everything from ground to it's full height. If I'm right, this will be the third version of the sl-x so I reckon this will be one hell of a good pole!!  Alex & Gardiners are proven in their field IMO & I for one have 100% confidence in their developement & final products!

There is actually a lot less of a risk bringing out this range than when we brought out the first SL-X 25ft nearly 2 years ago. That was a new class of pole, which whilst I believed in it, I couldn't be sure others would like it.

I'm quite happy to use the website if only he would enable it. They need the card no etc after all.

Possibly there will be some delays, but i think we all understand that from previous launches.

I was thinking about ordering an extra brush with fans do they put these in for you or is it an after fit?
