got new hf5, what tds are you guys getting?

I have set up the new hf5 membrane and have ran for a couple of hours and got a reading of 018 @ 60 psi

What reading do you guys get at what pressure?

Got this membrane the other week, so far I'm got it at 37psi and the TDS is around 25.
From Essex,the water is very hard at least 400 plus.

Will try other settings to see other results on the final TDS reading next week.

Nice thing about this Ultra Low Pressure membrane,its fills my tank very quick... ;D

They need bedding in before you`ll get the correct reading,mine took about a month before it performed well or to it`s peak.My water pressure is between 35-40psi and still get around 100ltrs an hour,i have a DI after RO in the shed aswell as DI in the van,after RO your TDS should be under 10ppm when bedded in.

Do you live in a hard water area?Will wait a month for the final result.

A quick question is that If I boost the pressure,will my readings be lower and fill slowly or quicker?

turned tap on again today and the flow seems very slow (40 seconds per litre) at 75 psi and a tds of 30

a bit confused :-\ , will be phoning gaps tommorrow

It is designed to be used at low pressure but will produce silly amounts when pumped,if you boost that RO you will easily get up to 200ltrs an hour at about 70psi i am told by the people who supply it.

Mines about 245 in with 8 out at 50psi and down to 5 at 120psi that's not the same membrane though, but we should have the same water supply,

at 200 litres an hour that works out at 18 seconds per litre, im getting 40 seconds per litre, theres defo something wrong

yeh my waters simular, about 270 in, are you using the hf5 at 120 psi?
