i never knew that, i thought they paid at the door, i thought not to stand there at the same time as the driver, so went next door to colect while she was dealing with him, went back as he was leaving, she says sorry i spent the w/c money, can you call back wed,  ??? i just assumed she had use my money to pay him lol

i find mondays a good night to collect as well as every other night come to think. keep them on their toes and surprise them ;D i stopped doing it but i used to collect monday customers on a tuesday, tuesday on a wed etc with a big sweep on thurs, and fridays, i might go back to it as it worked really well and didnt take long as you only had a days collecting to do.

on subject though me and the juice delivery guy,the wheelie bin cleaner, the fruit and veg guys all have a laugh when collecting as first to the door gets the dosh ;D

although i have seen some gutted custys when they answer door with money in hand and its me and they were expecting the chinese takeaway :o

Why is it that alot of customers seem to resent paying you.
Reaching parts traditional window cleaners can not reach.

That customer of yours is a lieing so and so. Tesco home deliverys (and Asda for that matter) are paid for up front. I know this for sure cause my wife uses them all the time.
