« on: July 13, 2009, 07:39:57 pm »
Hi all,

Im shopping for bits to build a harris pole on gardiners site does anyone know which Plastic Taper Pole-end Screw Type to use number 1 or 2?

Also I have vikan brushes and the jets need replacing which jets do I buy? And are they hard to change over?

Cheers

just buy a bentley brush from asda and use the screw from that.it pushes straight in and then attach a plastic angle neck.

Type 1 although what karygate has suggested will fit the bill.

Why do the jets need replacing on your brush?  Most jets are very simple to fit and are available in a variety of sizes from various suppliers.

Yes, sounds like a blocked jet.  Depending on the jet type, pull the feeder hose off the back and blow it clear.

Alex do I need the EZ-Snap™ end stop 6mm (Microbore) for the 8mm Clear PVC Pole Hose per 30m -

Still free delivery over £45 but still seems to be charging me?

For your 8mm (od) pole hose you will need the 6mm EZ snap male tail.  I always fit the EZ snap end stop to the end of my microbore hose.

Free delivery is over £45 but it has to be over not on and before VAT is added.
