need to remove milk which has been poured onto a carpet which product will be best to use and what procedure to do it many thanks

Remove as much as possible, apply stain pro and blot then rinse with Fab Fibre rinse..... I always apply a bio enzime to to eat all the nasty bad smelling bacteria....

If you have none of these use a wite cloth and dowse with very hot water and push cloth into carpet (this should remove stain if not too old) then get a mix of hot water and dettol and do the same (test first). This is a diy method but as I doubt you are a cc this will save you spending on chems you will never use again.

You need to rinse first to remove milk and some bacteria then you need a enzyme digester (enzall) to break up the bacteria post apply ultra fresh from Chemspec

i have a puzzi 100 machine to use what products could i use with machine i have carpet shampoo but i think i would need to use somthing else on the milk spill

I would start with a solvent to break the fatty barrier them move on to your water based spotters......
